Synopsis: The whole family is arguing in the living room. Carl uses a horn to get everyone’s attention. They are trying to decide where to go on vacation. Everyone wants to go to a different place. Carl wants to rent a cabin on the lake to go fishing. Days later, Maxine is planning a party at Laura’s. Rachel is catering the party. She takes issue with her budget. It’s now the night of the party. Laura and Maxine are having a meltdown. Maxine gets excited when the “bad kids” crash her party. At the drink table, Laura asks if anyone wants to dance. Just about everyone wants to dance with her, but the jerk bad guy won’t let them. Laura calls them out for the alcohol and Maxine tells her to calm down. Steve shows up, right after Laura says nothing terrible happened. Steve doesn’t like the bully and tells him so. Steve then starts a dance, the Urkel dance. A good number of people join in. Willie is not happy about Urkel. He spikes a drink and gives it to him. Steve gets really drunk. Waldo lets it slip to Laura that Willie spike Urkel’s punch. Steve climbs up on the roof. He falls and is holding on by his fingers. Rachel comes to the rescue. The only way she can get to him is to walk across a clothesline. She does it successfully, but winds up standing on Steve’s finger. She grabs his hand and arm and manages to pull him up to safety. The police come and ask about the alcohol. Waldo spills the truth. Willie tries to stay out of trouble but Laura just hits him full bore. All the kids at the party agree with Laura. Willie and Waldo get taken to juvenile hall. At the house, Harriet books a Lake Geneva vacation. Carl comes home and Harriet tells him they picked a vacation spot. He has a melt down and temper tantrum. He finally looks at the paper work for the vacation. He suddenly is using a very tiny voice and being very apologetic. In the kitchen, Carl is tending to Steve. He’s making him a hangover remedy. Carl tells Steve a story about what happened the night he graduated the policy academy. Carl gives him hangover remedy. Steve is unsure if he should drink it because it smells rancid. He finally drinks it and starts to feel better. He then has to run to the restroom.
