+Blanche: Believe me, just because men in the medical profession wear white, does not mean that they’re angels. He did something horrible and unethical, and he has to answer for it.
We are gonna find out who the proper authorities are, and you’re gonna lodge a formal complaint.
+Coach: I’ll tell you what. I’ll sweeten the pot. You let Kevin play this weekend, and I’ll take you out Saturday night.
Dorothy: You haven’t read The Art of the Deal, have you, Coach?
+Dorothy: The coach was here, trying to get me to compromise my principles.
Blanche: I don’t see what the big deal is about passing this boy. Why, in my neck of the woods, they practically gave grades away.
Dorothy: Blanche, in your neck of the woods, men named Bubba get into law school.
+Blanche: Now, you were taken advantage of.
Rose: Blanche, I was groggy. And I’m not 100% sure he did it. And as far as being taken advantage of, look who’s talking.
Blanche: I beg your pardon. Why, when I submit to a man’s advances, it is with my consent. A woman has the option to say no. Honey, you weren’t given that option. You were given nitrous oxide!
+Dorothy: Father, I would think that you, of all people, would have higher ideals.
Father O’Mara: The highest. What I’m trying to say to you, Dorothy, is I truly believe that He would want Kevin to play Saturday.
+Blanche: I’ve had men break dates with me to go to football games.
Dorothy: Oh, come on. Nobody’s going to k*ll me over a high school football game.
Sophia: They killed this fish. Dorothy, please. I’m scared.

Sophia: Great idea, Pussycat. Give Blanche an office with a couch and a license to charge by the hour.

Summary
Sophia is looking through the personal ads for a birthday present for Dorothy. She has just arrived back from teaching. She is actually teaching this class for the entire semester. She is having some issues with the students as she is flunking the star of the football team. He won’t be able to play in Saturday’s game. Everyone pushes her to give him a passing grade so he can play. Rose arrives back from the dentist. She tells them he acted inappropriately and touched her breast. Everyone is shocked and horrified. He needs to be reported so that he doesn’t do this to another woman. They get interrupted by the doorbell. It’s the football coach. He tries to convince Dorothy to let Kevin play in the game saturday. He even tries to bribe her by offering to take her out on a date. She’s even less impressed now. Blanche pushes her to let him play but she still sticks to her principles. Rose comes back and Blanche asks if she filed the complaint. She tells her she did not. She’s not fully sure what happened. She then tells a St. Olaf story. Blanche discusses with her that what happened was wrong and without her consent. Father O’Mara comes knocking at the door. He’s come to pressure her into letting Kevin play in the upcoming football game. He tries to convince her that God would want Keven to play. He also levels her with a threat and she is not amused. Rose comes in with a package for Dorothy. It’s a fish wrapped in newspaper. It has a note, “If Kevin Kelly doesn’t play in Saturday’s game, Dorothy Z sleeps with the fishes.” Dorothy puts it off as a prank, but Sophia is genuinely worried. Dorothy decides to change Kevin’s grade. It’s just not worth it. Kevin and the Coach come over Saturday morning to thank her or apologize, it’s still not very clear. Dorothy tries again to get through to him. But it doesn’t work. They do reach a compromise but Kevin refuses and storms off. The Coach is furious. He’s determined for Kevin to play in the game. Sophia is proud of Dorothy. Rose goes back to her dentist to try and sort out what happened. He tries to brush it off. But then starts saying stuff that freaks Rose out. And ends up saying again what she heard in her state of procedure. She tells him she is reporting him to the state dental board. Then she grabs a water tool and uses it to make him dance. Dorothy goes to visit Kevin at the hospital. He got injured in the game and won’t be playing anymore that season. She begins tutoring him.
