Max informs him that when Fran says no, it means no. An older boy comes in and kisses Max’s tush and saying he’s the driver. Fran tells him he’s a decoy. She busts him. He works at The Gap. Max grounds him and tells him he’s not going to the show tonight. Fran, however, tells him that’s too harsh and he deserves to go to the play. She gets him back into the play again. The show is over and they go to dinner. The restaurant they go to is having a strike. Fran refuses to cross the picket line. They take a picture of Max trying to pull Fran into the restaurant. The next day, Fran goes into the kitchen and thinks it’s Niles in the fridge. Niles walks in though and she nearly drops dead. She’s also already cut the article out of the newspaper. Fran tries to kiss up to Max to get back on his good side. CC runs into the kitchen with good news, the tickets are selling like hot cakes. A local talk show has also invited on Sally Jessy Raphael. Back at the house, Max tells her their appearance got the strike settled.
