Synopsis: The turtles are still in ancient Japan and fighting real Samuri of the time. The leader arrives and it’s a much younger Shredder. Mikey uses a smoke bomb so they can escape safely. They figure out they are 16 years in the past. They decide to look for a human Master Splinter. They find the dojo and the human Hamato Yoshi, aka Splinter. Yoshi is mocking Saki. The tow battle and it turns into a fight over Shen. Saki’s hatred is clear. The turtles are waiting for Renet to come back and get them. Donnie calculates the odds of them winding up exactly in that time. They think they are there for a reason. Next, we see Yoshi, Shen and the baby on a bridge talking. She wants to leave and he wants to stay. She gives him a choice, her and the baby or the dojo and the clan. Mikey makes a very gross pizza. The two fight. Then wind up in front of Shen and the baby. She screams and Yoshi comes running. Saki arrives first. Raph wants to take out Shredder now, but Donnie stops him. Saki tries to get back together with Shen, even though she is with Yoshi. Yoshi witnesses the betrayal. Now Leo, wants to take out Shredder. Donnie takes out his phone and looks at their group picture, but Casey fades away. In the dojo the two fight again. It turns into a fight over Shen again. The grandmaster stops them. Meanwhile, the turtles try to talk to Shen again. Mikey sings the theme song and amuses the baby. They go with her to her house. She makes them food while Leo holds the baby. She tells them the legend of the Cappa. They have a long conversation with her. Donnie checks his phone and April fades from the picture. Leo decides that since their future will never be the same, they may not even exist, that they have to try and finish Shredder now to save the future. Saki holds the meeting with Foot members and he sets things on fire. The turtles arrive. They fight the Foot Clan. Yoshi goes to see Shen. He tells her that she is more important. Saki arrives at Shen’s home and he has the Shredder gear on his hand. Yoshi tells Shen to leave for her own safety. The two fight. The turtles act crazy and the Foot freak out and run away. They head for the dojo. The fight is still going on with Saki and Yoshi. In the battle, Saki knocks over candles and starts a fire in the dojo. The whole fight Yoshi begs Saki to not make him hurt him. Shen runs back in and the turtles find the baby as they try to get into the djo. Saki kills Shen when she tries to stop the fighting. He’s badly burned. He comes out and finds Mi-Wa. He picks her up and tells her he will raise her now. The turtles are doing everything in their power to find Shen and Yoshi. Shen is dead, but Yoshi got out. Donnie looks at the picture again and everything is back to normal. The turtles are really bummed out. Renet finally finds them. Leo asks why. She tells them the Scepter brought them there to save Splinter’s life. She takes them back home. She gives Mikey a kiss on the cheek and says goodbye.
