Synopsis: April and Casey are talking about the turtles. They head into the sewers and the smell is very different than normal. Some creature sprays April and the stuff causes hallucinations. Back at the lair, Splinter and Leonardo are mediating. The rest of the turtles are watching cartoons. Casey races into the lair for help for April. The team and Casey head to where she disappeared. Casey sticks his face in the same place April did and got sprayed too. He stats hallucinating that he is seeing rats everywhere. They hear April scream and Donnie runs to find her and comfort her. Some weird ball rolls up to them. It turns in a mushroom or jelly fish and then tries to attach to Mikey. Now, Raf is hallucinating that Leo is a giant cockroach. Donnie realizes whatever is going on is related to the fungus. Donnie takes them all back to the lair. It’s a fungus contaminate. They head back into the tunnels and find a lot of fungus. The mushrooms attack and turn into the squirrels. Donnie gets blasted. Now he thinks April hates him. Then Leonardo gets hit with the spores too. He sees the mushrooms putting on a ballet. He then falls into a pit. He finds a giant eye that is feeding off a tube of mutagen. The mushrooms attack and start attacking him with spore hit after spore it. He still keeps trying to fight. He hears what Splinter told him. He figures out the creature’s fear is sunlight. He breaks a crack in the wall and hits it with a lot of sunlight. Suddenly, everyone returns to normal. They all head out to look for Leo. Mikey brings a pizza with mushrooms and no one is amused.
