Synopsis: Kraang robots look afraid on their own ship. It’s a very large alligator-like creature with a vial of mutagen. The turtles watch one of their cartoons. Raph switches to a news broadcast. They are talking about a mutant incident that took place in the sewers. Donnie looks closer at the footage and notices a tunnel number. They head off to greet this new mutant. When they get close the Kraang robots are attacking it. Mikey wants to help him. The four jump in to help and bring him back to the lair. He wakes up and he’s not happy. He starts attacking and they have to knock him out. Splinter is worried about him. When he hears that the gator was fighting against the Kraang he says Mikey made the right decision. Gator wakes up and Mikey talks to him. At the mention of Kraang he gets upset. Mikey makes him soup and he loves it. After he eats they talk. He doesn’t have a name so Mikey calls him Leatherhead. He explains that sometimes he loses control and is ashamed of what he does when that happens. The other guys find his lair but it is extremely booby trapped. They do find the power cell though. The three return and meet Leatherhead, but Donnie mentions the Kraang and he starts to lose it. He is clearly traumatized by the Kraang.He goes on the attack again and Splinter steps in to stop him. After defeating him he asks him to leave. Mikey goes after Leatherhead. They talk again. His brothers show up. He explains the Kraang did this to him, the mutation. They also subjected him to horrific experiments but could not break his spirit. He tells them the power cell powers the portal. By stealing it he has prevented them from entering or exiting earth. The Kraang attack. Donnie needs to use the power cell to get the subway trains running and Leatherhead volunteers to distract the Kraang so he has enough time to do so. Donnie gets the train powered and it winds up at the sewage plant.
