Synopsis: Splinter’s meditation is interrupted by the turtles. He punishes them by grounding the boys for a week. Raphael isn’t happy about the grounding. Donnie uses the time to invent something. It’s an advanced mp3 player. Raphael can’t take it anymore and the four sneak out. Donnie discovers the artificial intelligence has been downloading music. Leonardo falls through a roof. Once recovered they see a strange looking guy in a weird outfit. The turtles and the weirdo start to battle. But the weirdo sets off an alarm and they put him in a dumpster and take off. They head back to the lair but start fighting. Mikey realizes he lost the mp3 player. The weirdo pops out the dumpster and sees it. He picks it up and it connects to the hardware he is wearing. Back at the lair Splinter is making them train, but they seem exhausted. He realizes they snuck out and punishes them. Leo is watching a cartoon and it gets interrupted by a news flash with Baxter Stockton. Donnie realizes that Baxter has the mp3 player. Baxter is at his lair and gets a visit from the turtles. They fight and the tech gives Baxter quite the advantage. While the turtles regroup Baxter uses Mikey as a yo-yo. They lost and Baxter throws the four in a dumpster. Baxter starts changing again. The chip and Baxter are merging. Mikey dubs it the ‘Stockmanpod.” It pursues them. Mikey snags some pizza off a delivery boy and hits him it with it. They quickly return home and Splinter catches them. Splinter wants to know what happens. They tell him but he is not happy. Splinter punishes them by telling them they have to stop Baxter. They head back to battle him, but now he’s got missiles. It’s not going well. Mikey comes back and shoves a beehive into a crack in the suit. Leonardo removes the chip. Raphael throws him in a dumpster again. Splinter tells them he’s proud of them.
