Nikki Heat catches a truly unexpected and strange murder of a parish priest in a bondage club. During her investigation the suspects and persons of interest are just as odd. She has to deal with a drug lord, a CIA contractor and a death squad. As she makes inroads in the case she hits a wall. Clearly someone high up in the NYPD is also involved.
