Synopsis: Baxter is working in the lab with a mutagen collar. Shredder comes in pissed that he doesn’t have an army created yet. Shredder has lost his patience and he activates the mutagen collar. A fly lands on Baxter’s nose. The capsules start breaking open and he is covered in mutagen. Donnie is working in his lab, while April is practically falling asleep. He’s trying to make retro mutagen. Donnie has been successful. He offers it to Splinter. He is excited by the thought but instructs them to save April’s father first. Then he’ll consider it. April thanks him with a kiss on the cheek. Back in Baxter’s lab, he’s now a fly, a giant sized fly. He escapes through a broken window. The turtles track down April’s dad. Stockman overhears them. He attacks them and April’s dad flies off. The vial of retro mutagen gets destroyed. He kidnaps April. At the lair, Splinter tries to comfort Donnie and again tells him to find Kirby. They enlist Casey to help as well. Baxter takes April back to his lab and she tries to escape. The turtles successfully find Kirby. Baxter is about to drop April into a vat of mutagen. Part of the team shows up to save April. She falls into the mutagen. Baxter tries to dive in but the stop him. She climbs out unharmed. She’s immune to the mutagen. One of the mutants hears the word retro mutagen again and arrives to try and take it. April fights Baxter. They grab the retro mutagen and head off to save April’s dad. As they are about to hive him the retro mutagen, Baxter steals it. They head off in pursuit. April and Casey are on April’s dad flying through the battle. Baxter slams into a wall and drops the retro mutagen. It breaks and April flies Kirby into the dripping retro mutagen. Her dad turns back into a human again. At the lair, Donnie apologizes to Splinter. He tells him not to worry, that he is home as he is. Baxter gets drug to Shredder. He wants one more mutant.
